Yields1 Serving
Prep Time17 minsCook Time15 minsTotal Time32 mins
 4 tsp Vegetable Oil
 1 Shredded Cabbage
 1 Shredded Carrots
 2 Scaillions
3 dashes La Flors Spice Sazon Clasico
 1 Spring Roll Shells
2 tsp Prodigy Food Co. Jollof Seasoing
 ½ cup Flour
 ¼ cup Water
1

Heat oil in frying wok

2

Add Cabbage, Carrots & Scallions to oil. Stir & toss to give each

3

After 8 minutes of sauteing the filling, add your La flors seasoing & the Jollof Seasoning. Let the filling cook for 8 more minutes and it's done!

4

Transport the filling into a plate and allow it to cool for about 8 minutes in your fridge.

5

To make the flour mix to seal your spring roll, add the measure water and flour in a bowl to create and pasty, liquidy mix. Set the mixture aside for later. You'll use the mix to seal your spring rolls.

6

Take 1 sheet of your spring roll shell. Place your spring roll on a plate in the shape of a diamond. Put the filling in the lower center of the spring roll, horizontally. Now, scoop in the filling so it lies horizontally from left to right, with at least 2 inches (5 cm) of space between the filling and the left and right corners. This will keep the filling from coming out the sides. It shouldn't be put in too high -- just an inch (2.5 cm) or so at most -- so that you have plenty of space to fold the roll over the filling. Fold the left corner into the middle of the roll. Fold the corner over, so it points in the opposite direction, in the middle of the roll. It should begin to resemble an envelope. Roll the bottom up until you've finished folding the spring roll. Now, just roll from the bottom upwards until you've fully folded the spring roll using the envelope method. Now, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your delicious treat.
